Using TryMyFate
These terms apply to the TryMyFate online service. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and the acceptable use policy. Our privacy notice describes how information is processed. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract where you live. Keep your sign-in secure, provide accurate account information, and report suspected unauthorized access to contact@trymyfate.com. Provide another person's birth details only with their permission. Do not submit a child's identifying information.
The service and its readings
TryMyFate calculates Vedic and Western birth charts and uses AI to interpret them in conversation. Read the About your readings policy, which forms part of these terms and explains the nature and limits of this content.
Free access and usage limits
No subscription or payment is required at launch. The service applies daily account allowances and traffic limits to manage capacity and abuse. Requests can count toward the allowance even if a provider fails. Limits may change to keep the service available. Creating accounts or automating requests to evade limits is prohibited. We will show the price and applicable billing and cancellation terms before any future paid purchase; a free account cannot be charged without agreement.
Your content and sharing
You retain your rights in information and content you submit. You give us the permission needed to process it to operate the service. You may share your own readings, including screenshots, provided you respect other people's privacy and do not misrepresent generated material as verified fact or a human-authored professional assessment. We do not promise that generated text is unique or that copyright exists in every output.
Our materials
TryMyFate's name, visual identity, original interface and content belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party software and assets remain subject to their own licenses. These terms do not restrict rights granted by an applicable open-source license.
Availability and account restrictions
Access depends on hosting, authentication and reading providers. We may interrupt access for maintenance, security, provider outages or breaches of these terms. Where practical, we will explain a restriction and provide a way to contact us. You can stop using the service, export saved information or request account closure at any time.
Responsibility and consumer rights
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted access or responsibility for losses caused by reliance on a reading. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, liability for fraud, or mandatory consumer and data protection rights.
Disputes and changes
The mandatory laws that protect you where you live continue to apply. These terms do not remove any right to bring a claim in a court available under mandatory consumer law. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where practicable, with renewed agreement where required.
